Accessibility Statement.

We want people to be able to understand and use Hubly regardless of disability, device or access method. This statement covers the pre-launch website.

1. Our aim

Hubly aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, at level AA for this website. The site is still being reviewed, so this is an aim rather than a claim of complete conformance.

We consider accessibility when writing content, structuring pages and designing interactions. We will apply the same approach to the Beta product, with testing that reflects the features actually released.

2. Measures currently included

  • semantic headings, labels, landmarks and descriptive page titles;
  • keyboard operation for forms, dialogs, tabs and disclosure controls;
  • visible text labels and status messages for important actions;
  • alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative marks;
  • responsive layouts that work at smaller screen sizes and with text enlargement;
  • support for reduced-motion preferences;
  • a skip link and clear focus behaviour on legal pages; and
  • a written summary immediately below the promotional video.

3. Known limitations

We are working to improve the following areas:

  • The promotional film contains fast-moving product imagery and animated on-screen text. The page provides a static written summary, but the film does not yet have a dedicated audio-description track.
  • Some product-screen mock-ups contain small illustrative text that may not be readable when magnified. Their alternative text describes the purpose rather than every item shown.
  • Older browsers may not provide the same native dialog and video-control experience as current browsers.

If any part of the site prevents you from getting information or submitting an enquiry, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative.

4. Alternative formats and assistance

You can ask for website information in a simpler email, larger text or another reasonable format. Tell us the page, the information needed and the format or assistance that would help. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

5. Feedback and reporting a barrier

Email [email protected] with “Accessibility feedback” in the subject line. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology used.

Accessibility feedback will not reduce your access to Hubly. Information about a disability is used only as needed to understand the request, make an adjustment and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

6. Review

This statement was prepared following a review of the site's structure, content and interactive controls. We will repeat checks as the site changes and carry out broader assistive-technology testing before major platform features open to the public.
